Current Status: Project complete.
80TH STREET RAIL OVERPASS PROJECT, DELTA
Project Delivery Agency: Corporation of Delta
Approximate Project Cost: $19 million
Contract Delivery Method: Design-Build
Current Status: On January 17, 2011, the Corporation of Delta awarded the contract to BA Blacktop Ltd., following a competitive bidding process. Project under construction.

PANORAMA RIDGE WHISTLE CESSATION PROJECT, SURREY
Project Delivery Agency: City of Surrey
Approximate Project Cost: Approximately $24 million
Contract Delivery Method: Design-Bid-Build
Current Status: Detailed design is complete. Preload and other preliminary work will likely take place during 2011 and 2012 while construction will likely be carried out in 2012 and 2013.
Potential Opportunities: Tendering opportunities for ditch relocation, environmental compensation works and preload construction are anticipated. Check the City of Surrey website and the BC Bid website for updates.
152ND STREET RAIL OVERPASS PROJECT, SURREY
Project Delivery Agency: City of Surrey
Approximate Project Cost: $41 million
Contract Delivery Method: Design-Bid-Build.
Current Status: Detailed design is complete. The construction tender closed on August 30, 2011. Project under construction.

192ND STREET RAIL OVERPASS PROJECT, SURREY
Project Delivery Agency: City of Surrey
Approximate Project Cost: $34 million
Contract Delivery Method: Design-Build. Planned to be delivered in combination with the 196th Street Project and 54th Avenue Project.
Current Status: Contract Awarded.

196TH STREET RAIL OVERPASS, SURREY AND LANGLEY
Project Delivery Agency: City of Surrey, in cooperation with the City of Langley and Township of Langley
Approximate Project Cost: $60 million
Contract Delivery Method: Design-Build. Planned to be delivered in combination with the 192nd Street Project and 54th Avenue Project.
Current Status: Contract Awarded.

MUFFORD/64TH AVENUE AT HIGHWAY 10 PROJECT, TOWNSHIP OF LANGLEY
Project Delivery Agency: BC Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure
Project Cost: $51 million
Contract Delivery Method: The project will go out to public tender for major works construction.
Current Status:
- Preload activities began in February 2012 and are expected to complete by Fall 2012.
- Detailed design is underway.
- Contract documents will be developed for tender which is targeted for Fall 2012.
- Construction on the project is expected to begin Winter 2013.
Upcoming Opportunities: A Major Works Construction Contract is expected to be tendered in Fall 2012.
232ND STREET OVERPASS PROJECT, TOWNSHIP OF LANGLEY
Project Delivery Agency: Port Metro Vancouver
Approximate Project Cost: $25 million
Contract Delivery Method: To be determined.
Current Status: Preliminary design, environmental assessments and geotechnical investigations underway.
